L’établissement de Guadeloupe de la société ARCELOR MITTAL CONSTRUCTION CARAÏBES est issu d’une opération de restructuration effectuée en 2010. Dans le cadre de cette opération, la SAS ARCELOR MITTAL CONSTRUCTION GUADELOUPE, dont l’ancienne enseigne était PROFILAGE GUADELOUPE, créée le 13 janvier 1989, a été absorbée par la société ARCELOR CONSCTRUCTION CARAIBES, dont elle est devenue un établissement autonome. ARCELOR MITTAL est situé dans le Zonne Industrielle de Jarry à BAIE MAHAULT. Dans le cadre de son activité de production de tôles et bardages métallique pour la construction, ARCELOR MITTAL importe depuis l'Europe des matières premières et produits intermédiaires, tel que des bobines de fils de fer, des bobines de tôles, des bobines alu, des visserie, destinée à être transformées localement. ARCELOR MITTAL souhaite obtenir l'allocation de compensation des surcoûts Achat de marchandises (matières premières et secondaires) en provenance de l’Union Européenne, destinée à être transformées localement. The establishment of ARCELOR MITTAL CONSTRUCTION CARAÏBES in Guadeloupe was the result of a restructuring operation carried out in 2010. As part of this operation, SAS ARCELOR MITTAL CONSTRUCTION GUADELOUPE, whose former brand was PROFILAGE GUADELOUPE, established on 13 January 1989, was acquired by ARCELOR CONSCTRUCTION CARAIBES, of which it became an autonomous establishment. Arcelor MITTAL is located in the Industrial Zonne of Jarry in BAIE MAHAULT. ARCELOR MITTAL imports from Europe raw materials and intermediate products, such as iron wire coils, sheet coils, aluminium coils, screws, for local processing, as part of its production of metal sheet and cladding. Arcelor MITTAL wants to obtain the compensation allowance for the additional costs Purchase of goods (raw materials and secondary materials) from the European Union, intended to be processed locally.
