Projekt będzie realizowany w partnerstwie Fundacji „Równi, choć Różni” ze Stowarzyszeniem Rozwoju Wsi Włodzice, organem prowadzącym Szkołę Podstawową w Włodzicach Wielkich. Liderem projektu jest Fundacja „Równi, choć Różni”, a Partnerem Stowarzyszenie. Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost kompetencji kluczowych z zakresu nauk matematyczno-przyrodniczych, TIK, języka niemieckiego, właściwych postaw: kreatywności, innowacyjności i pracy zespołowej u min. 80% z 48 uczniów (18dz, 30ch) Szkoły Podstawowej we Włodzicach Wielkich objętych programem, z uwzględnieniem indywidualnego podejścia do ucznia, zwłaszcza ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi oraz zwiększenie dostępu do informacji o rynku pracy poprzez utworzenie szkolnego Punktu Informacji i Kariery i wzrost kompetencji TIK u 12 nauczycieli (10K, 2M) Szkoły w terminie od 1 września 2018 do 30 czerwca 2019. Cel będzie realizowany poprzez zorganizowanie i przeprowadzenie zajęć wyrównawczych z matematyki, fizyczno-chemicznych, przyrodniczo-geograficznych, TIK, j.niemieckiego, warsztatów z właściwych postaw: pracy zespołowej, kreatywności i innowacyjności (warsztaty artystyczne i reportersko-filmowe), zajęcia z pomocy psychologiczno-pedagogicznej dla dzieci (indywidualne rozwijające kompetencje emocjonalno-społeczne, logopedia, zajęcia korekcyjno-kompensacyjne, z psychologiem przeciwdziałające problemom wychowawczym) i dla rodziców z dziećmi nt. niebezpieczeństw w Sieci) oraz TIK dla wszystkich nauczycieli placówki. Powstanie Punkt Informacji i Kariery. Rezultatami będzie wzrost kompetencji kluczowych z kompetencji objętych programem, Szkoła będzie wykorzystywać zakupiony do projektu nowoczesny sprzęt TIK, nauczyciele będą wykorzystywać kompetencje TIK w nauczaniu przedmiotowym, będzie wykorzystywane zakupione doposażenie do prowadzenia zajęć. The project will be implemented in the partnership of the “Equal, albeit Different” Foundation with the Association of Rural Development Włodzice, the body running the Primary School in Włodzice Wielkie. The project leader is the Foundation “Equals, albeit Differents”, and the Partner of the Association. The main objective of the project is to increase key competences in the fields of mathematical and natural sciences, ICT, German language, the right attitudes: creativity, innovation and teamwork at least 80 % of the 48 pupils (18dz, 30ch) of the Elementary School in Włodzice Wielkie covered by the programme, taking into account the individual approach to the pupil, especially with special educational needs and increasing access to labour market information through the creation of a School Information and Career Point and an increase in ICT competence in 12 teachers (10K, 2M) of the School from 1 September 2018 to 30 June 2019. The goal will be achieved by organising and conducting compensatory activities in mathematics, physico-chemical, natural and geographic, ICT, German, workshops with the right attitudes: teamwork, creativity and innovation (artistic and reporter-film workshops), psychological-pedagogic activities for children (individual developing emotional and social competences, logopedia, corrective and compensatory classes, with a psychologist counteracting educational problems) and for parents with children about dangers in the network) and ICT for all teachers of the institution. Information and Career Point will be established. The result will be an increase in key competences from the competences covered by the programme, the school will use modern ICT equipment purchased for the project, teachers will use ICT competences in the subject teaching, will use the purchased equipment to conduct classes.
