Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja 2 budynków użyteczności publicznej, stanowiących własność Gminy Malczyce: szkoły podstawowej z gimnazjum oraz publicznego przedszkola. Obiekty zlokalizowane są w miejscowości Malczyce, gm. Malczyce, pow. średzki, woj. dolnośląskie. W ramach projektu przeprowadzone zostaną prace w budynkach: I. Przedszkola: wymiana okien, drzwi zewn., docieplenie ścian zewn. i stropodachu, uzupełnienie systemu zarządzania energią o licznik ciepła, prace towarzyszące - wydatki niekwalifikowane; II. Szkoły podstawowej z gimnazjum: wymiana kotłowni węglowej na biomasę, docieplenie stropodachu i ścian zewn. sali gimnastycznej oraz ścian zewn. szkoły, wymiana: przeszkleń, drzwi stalowych, drewnianych, okien, montaż zaworów termostatycznych, zastosowanie automatyki pogodowej i czasowej, opomiarowanie zużycia energii, prace towarzyszące - wydatki niekwalifikowane; Zakres prac oparty został o najkorzystniejszy wariant opisany w audycie energet. Dzięki realizacji projektu osiągnięte zostaną efekty: ekonomiczne (zmniejszenie kosztów eksploatacji), ekologiczne (zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię cieplną oraz emisji CO2). Projekt przyczyni się do zwiększenia świadomości ekologicznej poprzez bezkosztowe przeprowadzenie szkoleń: -pracowników techn. w zakresie obsługi urządzeń/syst. grzewczych i wentylacyjnych; - nauczycieli i uczniów w zakresie edukacji ekolog., dbałości o równowagę w środowisku poprzez ograniczenie emisji szkodliwych substancji, oszczędzanie energii oraz eksploatacji pomieszczeń z uwzględnieniem zasady regulacji temp i wietrzenia pomieszczeń, etc. Projekt nie wymaga pozwolenia na budowę. Wójt Gminy Malczyce w dn. 05.04.2016 dokonał zgłoszenia zamiaru rozpoczęcia robót bud. polegających na termomodernizacji budynków oraz w dn.08.04.2016 r.zgłoszenia zamiaru rozpoczęcia robót budowlanych polegających na wymianie instalacji centralnego ogrzewania, kotła i instalacji elektrycznej w budynkach. The subject of the project is the modernisation of 2 public utility buildings owned by the Municipality of Malczyce: elementary school with junior high school and public kindergarten. The facilities are located in Malczyce, Malczyce, Średzki, Dolnośląskie Voivodeship. As part of the project, works will be carried out in buildings: I. kindergartens: replacement of windows, external doors, insulation of external walls and ceilings, supplementing the energy management system with a heat counter, accompanying work – ineligible expenditure; II. Elementary school in middle school: replacement of coal boiler room for biomass, warming of ceilings and outer walls of the gym and outer walls of schools, exchange: glazing, steel, wooden doors, windows, installation of thermostatic valves, use of weather and time automation, measuring energy consumption, accompanying work – ineligible expenditure; The scope of the work is based on the most favourable option described in the energet audit. Thanks to the implementation of the project, the results will be achieved: economic (reduction of operating costs), green (reduction of demand for heat and CO2 emissions). The project will increase environmental awareness through cost-free training: —techn. workers in the field of operation of heating and ventilation equipment/systems; — teachers and pupils in the field of ecologist education., care for environmental sustainability by reducing emissions of harmful substances, saving energy and operation of the premises, taking into account the principle of temperature regulation and ventilation of rooms, etc. The project does not require a construction permit. Mayor of Malczyce commune in dn. 05.04.2016 notified the intention to start construction works consisting of thermal modernisation of buildings and on 08.04.2016 notification of the intention to start construction works consisting of the replacement of central heating, boiler and electrical installations in buildings.
