CEL GŁÓWNY PROJEKTU: zwiększenie potencjału adaptacyjnego i konkurencyjności 100 MMŚP (w tym 90 MMŚP z woj. lubelskiego) przy wykorzystaniu wsparcia partnerów społecznych w opracowaniu analizy potrzeb i programów rozwojowych określających zakres działań niezbędnych do zaspokojenia zidentyfikowanych potrzeb, a następnie doradztwa w zakresie ich wdrożenia z wykorzystaniem podmiotowych systemów finasowania w regionie do 30.06.2018 r.ZADANIA:1. Rekrutacja /Identyfikacja potencjalnych uczestników wsparcia/2. Analiza potrzeb rozwojowych, przygotowanie indywidualnych programów rozwojowych dla 100 MMSP oraz monitoring i doradztwo w zakresie ich wdrożenia w okresie trwania projektu.3. Agregacja zidentyfikowanych potrzeb rozwojowych i analiza ich dostępności w RUR/poza RUR.4. Upowszechnianie wśród interesariuszy wiedzy o zdiagnozowanych potrzebach lub barierach rozwojowych MMŚP i działania interwencyjne.GRUPA DOCELOWA: 100 MMŚP (90% z woj. lubelskiego),w tym 40 mikro, 50 małych i 10 średnich przedsiębiorstw.GŁÓWNE REZULTATY i PRODUKTY PROJEKTU: 1. Liczba mikro, małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw, które przy wsparciu partnerów społecznych opracowały analizę potrzeb rozwojowych swojej firmy - 100 ( w tym: 40 mikro, 50 małych i 10 średnich).2. Liczba organizacji partnerów społecznych, w których wzrosła liczba członków - 2.3. Regulamin projektu - 1.4. Liczba Indywidulanych Planów Rozwoju/Strategii dla MMŚP - 100.5. Liczba zagregowana informacji o potrzebach rozwojowych przedsiębiorstw, którym udzielono wsparcia w projekcie - 2.6. Liczba analiz dostępności usług w RUR/poza RUR - 2.7. MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: increase the adaptive capacity and competitiveness of 100 SMES (including 90 SMEs from the Lublin Voivodship) with the help of the social partners in developing an analysis of needs and development programmes defining the scope of activities necessary to meet the identified needs, and then advice on their implementation using the region’s personal financial systems by 30.06.2018. Recruitment/Identification of potential support participants/2. Analysis of development needs, preparation of individual development programmes for 100 MMSP and monitoring and advice on their implementation during the project duration.3. Aggregation of identified development needs and analysis of their availability in RUR/outside RUR.4. Dissemination among stakeholders of knowledge about diagnosed needs or barriers to SME development and intervention. 100 SMEs (90 % from the Lublin province), of which 40 micro, 50 small and 10 medium-sized enterprises. 1.
