Celem projektu jest wzmocnienie kompetencji cyfrowych mieszkańców Małopolski i woj. świętokrzyskiego oraz zwiększenie stopnia wykorzystania e-usług. Projekt obejmuje 8036 os. dorosłych, w tym 402 os. z niepełnosprawnościami (w tym 41 os. ze specjalnymi potrzebami szkoleniowymi). Przy organizacji konkursu grantowego realizatorzy wykorzystają Fora Samorządowe działające przy liderze projektu, skupiające w obu woj. ok. 4 tys. urzędników z niemal wszystkich gmin (m.in. Forum Wójtów, Burmistrzów i Prezydentów, Forum Sekretarzy Polski Południowej, Forum Pomocy Społecznej, Forum Informatyków Samorządowych, itp. – łącznie 18 forów w Małopolsce i 3 w woj. świętokrz.). Te oryginalne zasoby stanowią wartość dodaną projektu i pozwolą w krótkim czasie skutecznie przeprowadzić procedurę grantową, a w dalszej kolejności rekrutację instruktorów i uczestników poszczególnych modułów w gminach. Zakłada się że średnio 82% uczestn. nabędzie lub rozwinie kompetencje cyfrowe w wyniku udzielonego wsparcia. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to strengthen the digital competences of the inhabitants of Małopolska and Świętokrzyskie voivodship and to increase the use of e-services. The project covers 8036 adults, including 402 people with disabilities (including 41 people with special training needs). During the organisation of the grant competition, the developers will use Local Government Forums operating at the project leader, bringing together approx. 4 thousand officials from almost all municipalities (e.g. Forum Wójtów, Mayors and Presidents, Forum of Secretaries of Southern Poland, Social Assistance Forum, Forum of Local Government Informatics, etc. — a total of 18 forums in Małopolska and 3 in Świętokrz.). These original resources represent the added value of the project and will allow the grant procedure to be carried out effectively in the short term, followed by the recruitment of instructors and participants of individual modules in municipalities. On average, 82 % of participants are expected to acquire or develop digital competence as a result of the support provided. (English)
