Implementation of this project will respond to these problems. Its main objective is to support cross-border development processes in the borderland of Poland and Ukraine by increasing transport accessibility of the region and improving its road infrastructure. Achievement of this target will be possible by improvement of the technical parameters of a section of the regional road no. 867 of 9.41 km, improved securing of this section, as well as an increased transport accessibility between border crossings in Budomierz and Hrebenne. On the Ukrainian side target will be reached by improving road safety on the redesigned section of the road ?142005 Szklo - Novoyavorivsk (km 0 + 000-km 1 + 000) through reconstruction of road surface, strengthening roadsides and road marking. Implementation of the project will result in shortening of the passage time by 10%.
