Το έργο αφορά την παροχή υπηρεσιών σύνταξης Εκθέσεων Εκτίμησης εκτάσεων που πρόκειται να απαλλοτριωθούν για την κατασκευή του νέου σιδηροδρομικού δικτύου. Πιο αναλυτικά, οι Εκθέσεις Εκτίμησης που θα συνταχθούν θα αφορούν:α) Στην αξία της γης των απαλλοτριωτέων εκτάσεων και των επικείμενών της.β) Στην εκτίμηση της αξίας της γης των εναπομεινάντων τμημάτων των εκτάσεων (ιδιαίτερων αποζημιώσεων) μετά την απαλλοτρίωση.γ) Στον έλεγχο αιτημάτων θιγομένων ιδιοκτητών.
