Predkladaný projekt: „ Výstavba a rekonštrukcia miestnych komunikácií k rómskej osade“ má za cieľ zvýšiť počet domácností MRK s prístupom k zlepšeným podmienkam bývania. Obec má 832 obyvateľov, z čoho je 150 Rómov, z ktorých 106 patrí k MRK. V obci sa nachádzajú dve segregované rómske komunity. Predmetom realizácie projektu je:- vybudovanie chodníka smerujúceho od rómskej osady, kde žije 14 obyvateľov cez segregovanú rómsku osadu v ktorej žije 92 obyvateľov po najbližšiu infraštruktúru obce (križovatku),- rekonštrukcia miestnej komunikácie vedúcej z segregovanej rómskej osady, kde žije 92 obyvateľov MRK okolo segregovanej osady, kde žije 14 obyvateľov MRK po najbližšiu infraštruktúru (cestu) vo vyhovujúcom stave.Realizáciou projektu prispejeme k zlepšeniu podmienok bývania obyvateľov žijúcich v oboch osadách. Projekt chce dosiahnuť výstavbou chodníka a rekonštrukciou komunikácie lepšiu dostupnosť inštitúcií v obci (konkrétne Obecný úrad s fungujúcou terénnou sociálnou prácou, Materská škola, Základná škola, Komunitné centrum a ďalšie služby dostupné v obci ako pošta, potraviny, kostol, vrátane dostupnosti autobusovej zastávky). Celkovo sa teda realizáciou predmetnej stavby výrazne zlepšia dopravné a životné pomery v danej časti obce, zvýši sa bezpečnosť účastníkov verejnej premávky a minimalizujú sa kolízie cestnej a pešej dopravy.Projekt je v súlade so špecifickým cieľom výzvy:„Rast počtu rómskych domácností s prístupom k zlepšeným podmienkam bývania“ a bude realizovaný prostredníctvom jednej hlavnej aktivity "Výstavba chodníka a rekonštrukcia miestnej komunikácie", a prostredníctvom podporných aktivít.Hlavná aktivita projektu je vo vecnom súlade s nasledovným typom aktivity: „Podpora dobudovania základnej technickej infraštruktúry“.Miestom realizácie projektu bude katastrálne územie obce Hrušov (parcely KN – C, parc č. 459/1, KN – C, parc č. 4368/1, KN – C, parc č. 4381/1, KN – C, parc č. 4382/1 a KN – C, parc č. 4330/2).Realizáciou projektu sa dosiahnu nasledovné merateľné ukazovatele:- Počet obyvateľov MRK, ktorým sa zlepšili podmienky bývania prostredníctvom vybudovania/dobudovania pozemných komunikácii – 106 obyvateľov MRK. Project submitted: “Construction and reconstruction of local roads to the Roma settlement” aims to increase the number of households of CLLD with access to improved housing conditions. The municipality has 832 inhabitants, of which 150 Roma, 106 of whom belong to the CLLD. There are two segregated Roma communities in the village. The subject of the project is:- the construction of a pavement from the Roma settlement, where 14 inhabitants live through a segregated Roma settlement in which 92 inhabitants live to the nearest infrastructure of the village (crossroad), – reconstruction of local communication leading from the segregated Roma settlement, where 92 inhabitants of the MRC live around the segregated settlement, where 14 inhabitants of the MRC live to the nearest infrastructure (road) in a satisfactory condition. By implementing the project, we will contribute to improving housing conditions for residents living in both settlements. The project aims to achieve better accessibility of institutions in the village by building a path and reconstruction of communication (namely the Municipal Office with functioning field social work, Maternity School, Elementary School, Community Centre and other services available in the village such as post office, food, church, including the availability of a bus stop). The project is in line with the specific objective of the call: “Growth of Roma households with access to improved housing conditions” and will be implemented through one main activity “Construction of the pavement and reconstruction of local communications”, and through support activities.The main activity of the project is in line with the following type of activity: “Support for the completion of the basic technical infrastructure”.The project implementation will be located in the cadastral area of the municipality Hrušov (parcels CN – C, parc No 459/1, CN – C, parc No 4368/1, CN-C, parc No 4381/1, CN-C, parc No 4382/1 and CN-C, parc No 4330/2).The implementation of the project will achieve the following measurable indicators:- Number of inhabitants of CLLD, which improved housing conditions through the construction/completion of ground roads – 106 inhabitants of the RRC. Projet soumis: La «construction et la reconstruction des routes locales menant à l’implantation des Roms» vise à accroître le nombre de ménages du DLAL qui ont accès à de meilleures conditions de logement. La municipalité compte 832 habitants, dont 150 Roms, dont 106 appartiennent au DLAL. Le village compte deux communautés roms séparées. Le projet a pour objet:- la construction d’un trottoir à partir de l’établissement rom, où 14 habitants vivent dans une colonie rom isolée, dans laquelle 92 habitants vivent à l’infrastructure la plus proche du village (carrefour), — la reconstruction de la communication locale menant à l’établissement rom isolé, où 92 habitants de la MRC vivent autour de la colonie séparée, où 14 habitants de la MRC vivent à l’infrastructure la plus proche (route) dans un état satisfaisant. Le projet vise à améliorer l’accessibilité des institutions dans le village par la construction d’un chemin et la reconstruction de la communication (à savoir le bureau municipal avec un travail social sur le terrain, l’école de maternité, l’école primaire, le centre communautaire et d’autres services disponibles dans le village tels que la poste, la nourriture, l’église, y compris la disponibilité d’un arrêt de bus). Le projet est conforme à l’objectif spécifique de l’appel: «Croissance des ménages roms ayant accès à de meilleures conditions de logement» et sera mis en œuvre dans le cadre d’une activité principale «Construction de la chaussée et reconstruction des communications locales» et d’activités de soutien. «Appui à l’achèvement de l’infrastructure technique de base».La mise en œuvre du projet sera située dans la zone cadastrale de la municipalité de Hrušov (parcels CN — C, parc no 459/1, CN — C, parc no 4368/1, CN-C, parc no 4381/1, CN-C, parc no 4382/1 et CN-C, parc no 4330/2).La mise en œuvre du projet permettra d’obtenir les indicateurs mesurables suivants:- Nombre d’habitants du CLLD, ce qui a permis d’améliorer les conditions de logement grâce à la construction/achèvement des routes terrestres — 106 habitants de la RCR.
