Cilj je povećanje korištenja dostupnih sredstava LSŽ iz ESI fondova kroz jačanje kapaciteta djelatnika LIRA-e za pružanje podrške u pripremi i provedbi projekata te jačanjem općih kapaciteta potencijalnih korisnika i informiranje šire javnosti o mogućnostima i provedbi ESI fondova i jačanje i razvoj mreže podrške potencijalnim prijaviteljima i korisnicima ESI fondova kroz savjetodavnu potporu.Rezultati:Razvijena mreža podrške potencijalnim prijaviteljima i korisnicima,ojačani kapaciteti djelatnika LIRA-e,prijavitelja i korisnika,informirana šira javnost.
