Operacija Jačanje kapaciteta tijela javne vlasti, udruga, medija i građana za provedbu Zakona o pravu na pristup informacijama svojim će projektnim aktivnostima doprinijeti podizanju razine znanja i ekpertize za primjenu odredbi Zakona o pravu na pristup informacijama u tijelima javne vlasti (pri čemu su ciljne skupine službenici za informiranje, web content manageri, koordinatori za savjetovanja), te podići razinu svijesti o korištenju ovog Ustavom i Zakonom zajamčenog prava kod korisnika (udruge, mediji). Operation Strengthening the capacity of public authorities, associations, media and citizens to implement the Law on the right to access information through its project activities will help to raise the level of knowledge and empertisis for the application of the provisions of the Law on the right of access to information by public authorities (with target groups providing information officers, online background managers, consultation coordinators), and raise awareness about the use of this Constitution and the Law of the Guaranteed Law by the beneficiaries (associations, media). Le renforcement de la capacité des pouvoirs publics, des associations, des médias et des citoyens à mettre en œuvre la loi sur le droit d’accès à l’information contribuera à accroître le niveau de connaissances et d’efficacité pour l’application des dispositions de la loi sur l’accès à l’information dans les pouvoirs publics (où les groupes cibles sont les responsables de l’information, les gestionnaires de contenu Web, les coordonnateurs de conseil) et à sensibiliser à l’utilisation de cette Constitution et de la loi sur le droit garanti des utilisateurs (associations, médias).
