Projektom će se rekonstruirati i modernizirati studentski dom u Osijeku s ukupno 193 ležaja što će rezultirati podizanjem standarda stanovanja u studentskom domu pri čemu je u projektu poseban naglasak stavljen na studente u nepovoljnom položaju, s invaliditetom i one sa smanjenom pokretljivosti. Projektnom će se znatno poboljšati energetska učinkovitosti same zgrade što će doprinijeti niskim troškovima održavanja u budućnosti jer će se zgrada graditi prema modelu ''pametne zgrade''. The project will reconstruct and modernise Osijek University with a total of 193 bearings, which will result in raising standards of housing in the student home, with a special focus in the project on students in disadvantaged situations, with disabilities and those with reduced mobility. The project will significantly improve the energy efficiency of the building itself, contributing to the low cost of maintenance in the future, as the building will build on the ‘smart building’ model. Le projet permettra de reconstruire et de moderniser le dortoir étudiant d’Osijek avec un total de 193 lits, ce qui permettra d’améliorer le niveau de vie dans le dortoir, en mettant particulièrement l’accent sur les étudiants issus de milieux défavorisés, handicapés et à mobilité réduite. Le projet améliorera considérablement la performance énergétique du bâtiment lui-même, ce qui contribuera à réduire les coûts d’entretien à l’avenir, étant donné que le bâtiment sera construit selon le modèle du «bâtiment intelligent».
