Udruga osoba s intelektualnim teškoćama i njihovih obitelji „Mali princ“, u partnerstvu s Gradom Đurđevcom i Centrom za socijalnu skrb Đurđevac, izgradit će i opremiti zgradu socijalne namjene pod nazivom Kuća podrške „Mali princ“. Ovim ulaganjem u socijalnu infrastrukturu prevenirat će se institucijska skrb, a osobama s intelektualnim teškoćama omogućiti ostanak i kvalitetan život u zajednici razvojem mreže izvaninstitucijskih usluga i službi podrške u zajednici, odnosno pružanjem usluga boravka, pomoći u kući kroz osobnu asistenciju i organiziranog stanovanja. An association of persons with intellectual disabilities and their families a ‘Small Prince’, in partnership with the work of the Đurđevcom and the Social Welfare Centre Đurđevac, will build and equip a social utility building under the title of the ‘Treic prince’. This investment will translate into social infrastructure institutional care and enable persons with intellectual disabilities to remain and have quality life in the community through the development of networks of institutional support and community support services, namely the provision of subsistence, personal assistance and organised housing. L’Association des personnes handicapées intellectuelles et leurs familles «Petit Prince», en partenariat avec la ville de Đurđevac et le Centre de protection sociale Đurđevac, construira et équipera un bâtiment à vocation sociale appelé «Little Prince» Support House. Cet investissement dans l’infrastructure sociale permettra aux personnes atteintes d’un handicap intellectuel de rester et d’assurer une vie de qualité dans la communauté en développant un réseau de services non institutionnels et de services de soutien dans la communauté, c’est-à-dire en fournissant des services de séjour, une aide dans la maison par le biais d’une assistance personnelle et d’un logement organisé.
