Projektom „MI u zajednici“ Prijavitelj će riješiti problem aktualne nemogućnosti kvalitetnog odgovora na rastuće potrebe za pružanjem izvaninstitucijskih usluga, što je uzrokovano neadekvatnom socijalnom infrastrukturom i opremom Doma za pružanje izvaninstitucijskih usluga organiziranog stanovanja, psihosocijalne podrške i boravka, kao i ograničenim kapacitetima Partnera. Cilj Projekta je unaprijediti rad Doma i Partnera u pogledu kvalitete i kapaciteta, a u sklopu općeg procesa deinstitucionalizacije i transformacije Doma.Ciljne skupine: (1) odrasle osobe s invaliditetom, (2) djelatnici Korisnika i Partnera. The project “MI in the community” will address the current inability to deliver a high quality response to the growing need for the provision of uninstitutionalised services, which is due to inadequate inadequacy of the House’s social infrastructure and equipment for the provision of capital-based services for organising organised housing, psychosocial support and residence, as well as with the limited capacities of Partner. Projet «MI dans la Communauté»Le demandeur résoudra le problème de l’incapacité actuelle à répondre aux besoins croissants en matière de prestation de services non institutionnels, en raison de l’insuffisance des infrastructures sociales et de l’équipement de la Maison pour la fourniture de services non institutionnels de logement organisé, de soutien psychosocial et de résidence, ainsi que des capacités limitées des partenaires. L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer le travail de la Maison et des Partenaires en termes de qualité et de capacité, dans le cadre du processus général de désinstitutionnalisation et de transformation de la Maison.
