Svrha i opravdanost projekta izrade studije izvedivosti s analizom troškova i koristi vezano za nabavu novih putničkih vlakova zasniva se na potrebi za osuvremenjivanjem voznog parka HŽ PP, a uslijed lošeg stanja mobilnih kapaciteta društva HŽ PP u kontekstu niske razine pouzdanosti i kvalitete usluge za putnike, odnosno u visokim troškovima održavanja, visokoj stopi emisije CO2, te ograničenim mogućnostima planiranja prijevozne usluge za Društvo zbog čestih kvarova. Održivost projekta će biti zajamčena kroz adresiranje organizacijsko operativnih aspekta i odgovarajući sustavom održavanja. (Croatian)

The purpose and justification of the design of the feasibility study with a cost-benefit analysis concerning the acquisition of new passenger trains shall be based on the need to modernise the fleet of HZ PP and, due to poor condition of the mobile capacity of HŽ PP in a context of low reliability and quality of service for passengers, i.e. high maintenance costs, high maintenance costs, and the limited capability to plan the transport service to the Company for frequent faults. The sustainability of the project will be ensured through addressing the organisational operational point and the relevant maintenance system. (English)

L’objectif et la justification du projet sont fondés sur la nécessité de moderniser la flotte de HŽ PP en raison du mauvais état de la capacité mobile de HŽ PP dans le contexte de la faible fiabilité et de la qualité du service pour les passagers, c’est-à-dire des coûts d’entretien élevés, des émissions de CO2 élevées et des possibilités limitées de planification d’un service de transport pour l’entreprise en raison de défaillances fréquentes. La durabilité du projet sera garantie en abordant les aspects opérationnels organisationnels et en mettant en place un système de maintenance approprié. (French)
