    Postoji problem teškog zapošljavanja žena i pripadnica nacionalnih manjina u SDŽ i PGŽ te GZ. U ovim županijama turizam je u snažnoj ekspanziji a u našoj turističkoj ponudi nedostaje traženih izvorno hrvatskih suvenira. Upravo tu je prilika za zaposlenje naše ciljne skupine 1.Zato ćemo projektom ojačati kompetencije ciljne skupine 1.i povećati njihovu zapošljivost razvojem i provedbom inovativnog Programa za izradu izvornih lokalnih suvenira i podići njihovo samopouzdanje te potaknuti cilju skupinu 2.na kreativnost i usmjeriti ih u odabiru svog budućeg zanimanja.     There is a problem of serious employment of women and women belonging to national minorities in the SDGs and the PGZ, and the GZ. In these counties, tourism is expanding in a strong expansion and there is a lack of the required original Croatian souvenirs in our tourism offer. It is this employment opportunity for our target group 1.So we will strengthen the competences of the target group 1 and increase their employability by developing and implementing an innovative programme to create local originators and boost their self-esteem, and foster the objective of the Group 2 in the selection of its future occupations.     Il existe un problème d’emploi difficile pour les femmes et les membres des minorités nationales au sein du CPS et du PGC et du GZ. Dans ces comtés, le tourisme est en forte expansion et notre offre touristique manque de souvenirs croates originaux. C’est pourquoi nous renforcerons les compétences du groupe cible 1 et augmenterons leur employabilité en développant et en mettant en œuvre un programme innovant pour créer des souvenirs locaux originaux et accroître leur confiance en eux-mêmes et en encourageant l’objectif du groupe 2 sur la créativité et en les orientant dans le choix de leur future profession.
