Projekt "Zaželi-pružamo pomoć, primamp pomoć!" fokusiran je na zapošljavanje 20 žena pripadnica ciljanih skupina iz Općine Gračac, njihovo obrazovanje i olakšavanje pristupa tržištu rada. Budući da će žene zaposlene na ovom projektu u okvviru radnih zadataka biti usmjerene na skrb o starijim osobama i osobama u nepovoljnom položaju, projekt će rezultirati višestrukim koristima za zajednicu od kojih su najznačajnije međugeneracijska solidarnost, socijalna uključenost, smanjenje rizika od siromaštva i povećanje kvalitete života u Općini Gračac. The ‘gelling assistance, recipient assistance!’ project was focused on recruiting 20 women in target groups from the Municipality of Gloac, their education and facilitating access to the labour market. Whereas women working in this project will focus on caring for the elderly and disadvantaged people in this project, the project will result in multiple benefits for the community of which the most significant intergenerational solidarity, social inclusion, reducing the risk of poverty and raising the quality of life in the Municipality of Gravac are the most important. Le projet «Nous voulons de l’aide, reçoit de l’aide!» met l’accent sur l’emploi de 20 femmes de la municipalité de Gračac, leur éducation et leur accès au marché du travail. Étant donné que les femmes employées dans ce projet mettront l’accent sur la prise en charge des personnes âgées et défavorisées dans le cadre d’affectations de travail, le projet se traduira par de multiples avantages pour la communauté, dont les plus importants sont la solidarité intergénérationnelle, l’inclusion sociale, la réduction du risque de pauvreté et l’amélioration de la qualité de vie dans la municipalité de Gračac.
