Projekt se odnosi na početno ulaganje u komercijalizaciju potpuno novih inovativnih i organskih predmeta novog brenda BALIDOO, nabavu opreme i strojeva, prilagodbu organizacije i angažman stručnjaka. Projekt se provodi u Međimurskoj županiji, u Donjoj Dubravi. Trajanje projekta: 24 mjeseca, 10/2019.-9/2021.Ukupna vrijednost projekta: 9.006.680,80 kn. Prihvatljivi troškovi: 8.589.950,97 kn.Opći cilj: Jačanje konkurentnostiC1. Postavljanje nove organizacije i inovacija procesa poslovanja C2. Modernizacija tehn. procesa proizvodnje proizvoda od organic pamuka nabavom i uvođenjem novih strojeva i opreme C3. Uvođenje nove marke BALIDOO i izrada kolekcije C4.
