Projektom je predviđeno ostvarenje uštede godišnje potrebne energije za grijanje od 51,16 % što se postiže s: a) Sanacija krova iznad grijanog prostora (postavljanje mineralbe vune zamjena pokrova), b) Izolacija vanjskog zida grijanog prostora etics fasadnjm sustavom c) Projektom je predviđeno uklanjanje postojećih slojeva poda i postava toplinske izolacije poda d) zamjena drvene stolarije novom PVC stolarijom e) rampa za savladavanje visinskih razlika u skladu s Pravilnikom o osiguranju pristupačnosti građevina osobama s invaliditetom i smanjene pokretljivosti f) zamjena rasvjetnih tijela LED rasvjetom g) ugradnja plinskog kondenzacijskog kotla h) ugradnja toplovodnog sustava radijatorskog grijanja i) ugradnja ventilacija kuhinje. Le projet prévoit une économie de 51,16 % de l’énergie annuelle nécessaire pour le chauffage, ce qui est réalisé par: a) Rénovation du toit au-dessus de l’espace chauffé (mise en place du couvercle de remplacement en laine minérale), b) isolation du mur extérieur de l’espace chauffé Système de façade ETICS c) Le projet prévoit la suppression des couches de sol existantes et l’installation d’une isolation thermique du plancher d) le remplacement de la menuiserie en bois par une nouvelle menuiserie en PVC e) la rampe pour surmonter les différences d’altitude conformément à l’ordonnance sur la garantie de l’accessibilité des bâtiments pour les personnes handicapées et la mobilité réduite f) le remplacement des appareils d’éclairage par un éclairage LED g) l’installation de chaudière à condensation au gaz h) l’installation d’un système de chauffage par radiateur thermique et) l’installation de la ventilation de cuisine.
