Projektom će se adresirati problem nedostatne učinkovitosti zastarjelih poslovnih procesa poduzeća Dot Dent d.o.o. koje djeluje u području dentalne medicine.Razvojem specifičnog softvera te nabavom suvremenih IKT poslovnih rješenja, povećat će se standard usluge, omogućiti integracija poslovnih funkcija, učinkovita organizacija tijeka rada te kvalitetnija interakcija s pacijentima i dobavljačima. Time će se omogućiti rast produktivnosti i povećanje dodane vrijednosti po djelatniku, što će direktno utjecati na povećanje prihoda, jačanje tržišne pozicije i iskorištavanje razvojnog potencijala Poduzeća. The project will address the lack of effectiveness of the outdated business processes of Dt dent d.o.o., which acts in the dentistry field. the development of specific software and the procurement of modern ICT business solutions will increase the standard of service, enable the integration of business functions, an efficient workflow organisation, and better interaction with patients and suppliers. This will allow productivity growth and increase the added value per employee, which will have a direct impact on the increase in revenues, the strengthening of the market position and the exploitation of the development potential of the enterprise. Le projet s’attaquera au problème de l’efficacité insuffisante des processus commerciaux obsolètes de Dot Dent d.o.o., actif dans le domaine de la médecine dentaire. Avec le développement de logiciels spécifiques et l’acquisition de solutions commerciales modernes dans le domaine des TIC, la norme de service augmentera, permettra l’intégration des fonctions commerciales, une organisation efficace des flux de travail et une meilleure interaction avec les patients et les fournisseurs. Cela permettra une croissance de la productivité et une augmentation de la valeur ajoutée par salarié, ce qui aura une incidence directe sur l’augmentation des revenus, renforcera la position sur le marché et exploitera le potentiel de développement de l’entreprise.
