U svrhu daljnjeg razvoja poslovanja Prijavitelj će ulagati u implementaciju normi ISO 9001 i ISO 27001, odnosno dostizanje primjenjive razine standarda međusobno priznatih razina kvalitete i upravljanja uslugama u svrhu isporuke kvalitetne usluge klijentima. Ovim projektom tvrtka će eliminirati zabrinutost sadašnjih i budućih klijenata glede sigurnosti njihovih podataka koji su tvrtki povjereni na upravljanje. Isto tako, uvođenjem sustava kvalitete, daje se jasna poruka zaposlenicima, partnerima i tržištu da je zadovoljstvo korisnika glavni interes Prijavitelja. (Croatian)

For the purpose of further development of the business, the applicant will invest in the implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, and to achieve the applicable standard level of standards with mutually recognised levels of quality and service management for the delivery of a quality service to clients. With this project, the company will eliminate the concerns of current and future clients regarding the security of their data entrusted to the management by the firms. It also provides a clear signal to employees, partners and the market, through the introduction of a quality system, that user satisfaction is the principal interest of the applicant. (English)

Afin de poursuivre le développement des activités, la requérante investira dans la mise en œuvre des normes ISO 9001 et ISO 27001, c’est-à-dire atteindre le niveau applicable de normes de qualité et de gestion des services mutuellement reconnues afin de fournir un service de qualité aux clients. Avec ce projet, l’entreprise éliminera les préoccupations des clients actuels et futurs quant à la sécurité de leurs données confiées à l’entreprise à gérer. De même, en introduisant un système de qualité, il donne un message clair aux employés, aux partenaires et au marché que la satisfaction du client est l’intérêt principal du rapporteur. (French)
