Izrada cjelovitog sustava po mjeri (custom-made) za upravljanje poslovanjem Porobija & Špoljarić d.o.o. pod nazivom PSOD ERP, što uključuje automatizaciju procesa ugovaranja usluga, obrade podataka i dokumentacije, vođenje predmeta klijenata u digitalnom obliku, upravljanje uredom (nabava, ljudski resursi, imovina i sl.), upravljanje znanjem i informacijama, te spajanje sa sustavom online pružanja usluga koji će klijenti koristiti putem Portala za Klijente. Nabava licence za SaaS sustav online usluga. Osim PSOD ERP sustava kao ključnog softwarea, za potrebe optimalnog funkcioniranja PSOD ERP sustava i mogućnost maksimizacije stupnja iskorištenosti tog sustava nabavlja se i adekvatan hardware, te se uzimaju licence za popratni software. Production of a complete system for the management of Porobia & Šagrarić d.o.o., the ‘PDGS’, which includes the automation of the process of contracting services, processing data and documentation, leading customers’ case in digital format, managing the office (procurement, human resources, assets etc.), knowledge management and information, and connecting to the online service system that clients will use through the Customer’ Portal. Procure the SaaS Online Service System. In addition to the PMS as a key software, for the purpose of optimal functioning PDGS the system ERP and the possibility to maximise the rate of utilisation of this system shall be procured and adequate hardware, and responsive software licences are taken. Développement d’un système complet sur mesure pour la gestion des opérations de Porobija & poljarić d.o.o. appelé PSOD ERP, qui comprend l’automatisation du processus de passation des marchés, le traitement des données et de la documentation, la gestion des dossiers des clients sous forme numérique, la gestion du bureau (achats, ressources humaines, actifs, etc.), la gestion des connaissances et de l’information, et la connexion avec le système de service en ligne que les clients utiliseront via le portail client. Achetez une licence pour le système de service en ligne SaaS. En plus du système PSOD ERP en tant que logiciel clé, pour le fonctionnement optimal du système PSOD ERP et la possibilité de maximiser le degré d’utilisation de ce système, un matériel adéquat est acheté et des licences pour les logiciels de soutien sont prises.
