Le projet envisage d’accroître la capacité de l’unité commerciale existante, d’accroître la productivité et la compétitivité et de conserver les emplois existants, compte tenu de la crise pluriannuelle dans le secteur de la construction et de la baisse drastique des prix des services d’architecture et d’autres services de conception. Les groupes objectifs du projet sont employés avec la nécessité de maintenir des emplois, le secteur de la construction, en particulier l’architecture et d’autres activités de conception dans la construction.
