Ciljevi projekta su optimizacija proizvodnje implementacijom softvera za konstruiranje namještaja i unaprijeđenje upravljanja poslovnim procesima tvrtke. Projektom se unaprijeđuje poslovanje, povećava produktivnost rada, stvara dodana vrijednost proizvoda i generira nova potražnja na inozemnom i domaćem tržištu. Rezultati projekta će unaprijediti rad rukovodećeg osoblja i djelatnika, osigurati veću kvalitetu proizvoda kupcima. povećati suradnju s dobavljačima i doprinijeti razvoju lokalne zajednice. The aim of the project is the optimisation of production through the implementation of software to design the furniture product and to improve the management of the company’s business processes. The project increases business productivity, increases labour productivity, generates added value for products and generates new demand in foreign and domestic markets. The results of the project will improve the performance of managerial staff and staff, ensure greater quality of the products of the customer, increase cooperation with suppliers and contribute to the development of local communities. Les objectifs du projet sont d’optimiser la production en implémentant des logiciels de conception de meubles et d’amélioration de la gestion des processus d’affaires de l’entreprise. Le projet améliore les entreprises, augmente la productivité de la main-d’œuvre, crée une valeur ajoutée des produits et génère une nouvelle demande sur les marchés étrangers et nationaux. Les résultats du projet permettront d’améliorer le travail de la direction et du personnel, d’assurer une meilleure qualité des produits aux clients, d’accroître la coopération avec les fournisseurs et de contribuer au développement de la communauté locale.
