Projektom je planirana energetska obnova zgrade Općine i zgrade Društvenog doma koja obuhvaća nekoliko građevinskih mjera za poboljšanje toplinske zaštitne ovojnice, a sve u cilju smanjenja utroška energije i štetnih emisija CO2. Analizirajući navedene elemente, vidljivo je da ni jedan građevinski element koji čini ovojnicu grijanog prostora ne zadovoljava uvijete propisane zakonom (mjereno koeficijentom prolaska topline). Svrha projekta energetske obnove zgrade Općine i Društvenog doma Lukač, u Općini Lukač je realizirati uštede od minimalno 50% godišnje potrošnje energije. (Croatian)

The project is intended to renovate the municipality’s building and social house building that comprises several construction measures to improve the thermal protective fabric, and all to reduce energy input and harmful CO2 emissions. In analysing those factors, it appears that none of the building blocks constituting the heated space satisfy the conditions laid down by law (measured by the coefficient of thermal transmittance). The purpose of the energy renovation project of the Municipality and of the town of Lukač, the municipality of Lukač, is to make savings of a minimum of 50 % of annual energy consumption. (English)
