Izrada IKT softversko rješenje omogućuje optimizirano poslovanje jer je najnapredniji kalendar rezervacija na tržištu, kontrolira overbooking, upozorava na nepravilnosti, raspoređuje rezervacije po smještajnim jedinicama zavisno o željama gostiju. Organizacija poslovnih aktivnosti nužna je za širenje poduzeća, te kvalitetnog izvršavanja ugovorenih obveza. Važno za prijavitelja je da se poslovno rješenje ne služi isključivo za već ugovorene zadatke, već se prati cjelokupni poslovni proces, od faze objave slobodnih smještajnih jedinica, tijekom rezervacija, te na kraju krajnje korištenje usluge gosta.
