Poduzeće JEROME d.o.o. u svojem je dosadašnjem poslovanju uspješno poslovalo i razvilo se u etablirano poduzeće koje je po užoj specijalizaciji destinacijska menadžment kompanija i profesionalni kongresni organizator. Međutim, činjenica da poduzeće u trenutnom poslovanju koristi nezadovoljavajući improvizirani softver, koji nije namijenjen za njegovu djelatnost, stvara mu probleme u poslovanju. Konkretno, ne postoji unificirani način rada ni ažurna baza podataka, proces izdavanja ponuda je dugotrajan, sadrži nepotrebne korake što rezultira preopterećenošću zaposlenika. Uvođenjem novih IKT rješenja poduzeće će riješiti svoje probleme i povećati konkurentnost na tržištu. (Croatian)

The company JEROME d.o.o. successfully operated and developed into a well-established company that is a strong specialisation of destination management in companies and a professional conference organiser. However, the fact that an undertaking operating in the current business uses an unsatisfactory software, which is not intended for his activity, creates business problems. In particular, there is no uniform mode or up to date database, the bidding process is time consuming, it contains unnecessary steps leading to an overload of employees. By introducing new ICT solutions, the company will solve its problems and increase competition in the market. (English)
