Hlavním cílem předkládaného projektu je rekonstrukce stávajícího objektu na bytový dům disponující 9 sociálními byty, čímž dojde k rozšíření nabídky sociálního bydlení na území statutárního města Mladá Boleslav. Cílem projektu je prostřednictvím výstavby sociálních bytů včlenit do bytové politiky města Mladá Boleslav sociální byty tak, aby cílové skupiny osob ohrožených sociálním vyloučením měly zajištěný přístup ke standardnímu bydlení. a.
