Původním záměrem žadatele v roce 2011 bylo rekonstruovat celý výrobní areál. Tento projekt se vzhledem k výši investice nerealizoval a následně došlo v rámci projektu NM02/1234 k rekonstrukci první části areálu (cca 40 % budov). Hlavním cílem projektu je tedy dokončit rekonstrukce areálu žadatele určeného pro průmyslovou výrobu a zabránit jeho chátrání, doplnit areál o další nemovitosti a uspořádat výrobní areál tak, aby fungoval jako jeden ucelený komplex. a. The applicant’s original intention in 2011 was to reconstruct the entire production complex. This project was not realised due to the amount of the investment and subsequently under project NM02/1234 the first part of the complex (approximately 40 % of the buildings) was reconstructed. The main objective of the project is therefore to complete the reconstruction of the applicant’s premises intended for industrial production and prevent its decay, supplement the area with other properties and organise the production area in order to function as a single complex. a.
