The aim of the project is to develop and test a system for automatic identification of technologically significant points on the plate after rolling operation in order to set parameters of subsequent cutting operation. Part of the project is a design of an optical system suitable both for machine vision and societal measurement. In addition, a software system based on machine vision principles will be developed to identify technologically significant points in the photo and focus and pass them on through APIs. a. (English)
