Firma Strojárne SK, s.r.o. je kovo - obrábajúcou firmou situovanou na severovýchode SR v okrese Bardejov. Jej hlavným zameraním je spracovávanie plechov a profilov cez CNC delenie a rezanie, CNC ohýbanie, stehovanie, robotické zváranie a CNC obrábanie a striekanie. Aktuálne sa výrobný proces obrábania rieši na starej technológii zakúpenej v roku 1991, ktorá už nespĺňa kvalitatívne a produktívne zameranie. Táto technológia nás znevýhodňuje na trhu, nakoľko nedokážeme efektívne obrábať zvarence pre potreby zákazníkov.Cieľom projektu je obstaranie novej inovačnej technológie: vodorovný frézovaco – vyvŕtavací stroj, ktorý zabezpečí proces vŕtania a frézovania až o min. 30% rýchlejšie a zároveň umožní opracovávať rozmerovo väčšie dielce, čím sa automatický rozšíri aj kapacita a portfólio výrobkov. Nový stroj zabezpečí aj úsporu elektrickej energie, zníži opotrebovanosť trecích plôch stroja a zabezpečí tiež vysoko produktívne chladenie obrábacieho stroja.Miestom realizácie bude objekt (hala) bývalých Strojárni, ktorý sa nachádza v zastavanom území obce Kružlov v Bardejovskom okrese.Realizáciou projektu si naša spoločnosť zabezpečí lepšiu konkurencieschopnosť na trhu a zároveň prispeje k podpore zamestnanosti. Zároveň realizovaním projektu sa naplnia stanovené merateľné ukazovatele. (Slovak)

Strojárne SK, s.r.o. is a metal-working company situated in the north-east of the Slovak Republic in the Bardejov district. Its main focus is the processing of sheets and profiles through CNC cutting and cutting, CNC bending, stitching, robot welding and CNC machining and spraying. Currently, the production process of machining is solved on the old technology purchased in 1991, which no longer meets the qualitative and productive focus. This technology puts us at a disadvantage on the market, as we cannot efficiently process welds for customers’ needs. The aim of the project is to procure a new innovative technology: horizontal milling machine – boring machine, which ensures the drilling and milling process up to min. 30 % faster and at the same time allows the processing of larger parts, which automatically extends the capacity and portfolio of products. The new machine will also save electricity, reduce wear and tear of the friction surfaces of the machine and also ensure highly productive cooling of the machine tool. The location of the implementation will be the building (hala) of the former engineering plant, located in the built-up area of the village Kružlov in the Bardejov district. The implementation of the project will ensure better competitiveness on the market and at the same time contribute to the promotion of employment. At the same time, the implementation of the project will fulfil the established measurable indicators. (English)
