Systematické vzdelávanie administratívnych kapacít zapojených do riadenia, implementácie, kontroly a auditu EŠIF v PO 2014 - 2020 je v gescii Úradu vlády Slovenskej republiky - odboru administratívnych kapacít EŠIF (AK EŠIF), ktorý vzdelávanie AK zabezpečuje prostredníctvom Centrálneho plánu vzdelávania (CPV). Vzdelávanie sa týka 188 administratívnych kapacít RO OPII (počet administratívnych kapacít pre OPII v rezorte MDV SR bol stanovený Uznesením vlády SR č. 181 z 11. apríla 2017).Cieľom predkladaného projektu "Vzdelávanie administratívnych kapacít Riadiaceho orgánu OPII a podpora pre útvary a organizácie zapojené do implementácie OP" je zabezpečenie tých vzdelávacích aktivít manažérov RO OPII, ktoré nie sú zahrnuté do CPV AK EŠIF - t. j. sú to všetky vzdelávacie aktivity, ktoré sú zaradené do Plánu vzdelávania na MDV SR na príslušný rok, resp. vzdelávacie aktivity vyplývajúce z aktuálnych potrieb RO v procese implementácie OPII.Cieľom projektu je zvyšovanie odborných zručností AK RO vykonávajúcich činnosti súvisiace s koordináciou, riadením, implementáciou, kontrolou a auditom fondov EÚ a tiež podpora útvarom a organizáciám zapojeným do implementácie OPII.Zvyšovanie odbornosti manažérov RO bude zabezpečené tuzemskými i zahraničnými školeniami, rôznymi kurzami, seminármi a workshopmi, ako aj účasťou na konferenciách. Systematic training of the administrative capacities involved in the management, implementation, control and audit of ESIF in the 2014-2020 PO is under the responsibility of the Office of the Government of the Slovak Republic – the Department of Administrative Capacity of the ESI Funds (AK ESI Funds), which AK provides training through the Central Training Plan (CPV). The training concerns 188 administrative capacities of the OPII MA (the number of administrative capacity for OPII in the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic was established by Government Resolution No 181 of 11 April 2017).The objective of the project presented “Education of administrative capacity of the managing authority of the OPII and support to the services and organisations involved in the implementation of the OPII” is to provide those training activities of the MA OPII managers not included in the ESIF CPV – i.e. all training activities; the aim of the project is to increase the professional skills of the MA carrying out activities related to coordination, management, implementation, control and audit of EU funds, as well as support to the services and organisations involved in the implementation of OPII. The improvement of the expertise of MA managers will be ensured by both domestic and foreign trainings, various courses, seminars and workshops, as well as participation in conferences. (English)
