2.3. Cilji javnega razpisa za izbor operacij so zlasti: - spodbujanje nastanka novih socialnih podjetij, in mladinskih zadrug z namenom realizacije inovativnih socialno podjetniških idej na trgu;- spodbujanje obstoječih socialnih podjetij k oblikovanju inovativnih podjetniških podjemov in inovativnih izdelkov in storitev za trajnostni obstoj na trgu,- ustvarjanje novih delovnih mest in zaposlovanje na področju socialnega podjetništva; - povečanje števila socialnih podjetij z namenom razvoja novih inovativnih poslovnih modelov, ki omogočajo zadovoljevanje družbenih potreb in doseganje družbenih učinkov ter povečanje njihovega trajnostnega delovanja; - povečanje socialne vključenosti zlasti ranljivih skupin s spodbujanjem njihove aktivacije in realizacije njihovih podjetniških idej na trgu; zmanjšanje razvojnega zaostanka s krepitvijo ekosistema socialne ekonomije. The objectives of the call for tenders for the selection of operations are, in particular, to: — encouraging the emergence of new social enterprises, and youth cooperatives with a view to achieving innovative social entrepreneurial ideas on the market;- encouraging existing social enterprises to create innovative enterprises and innovative products and services for sustainable market survival,- job creation and employment in the field of social entrepreneurship; — increasing the number of social enterprises with a view to developing new innovative business models that enable social needs to be met and societal impacts to be achieved and their sustainable functioning increased; — increasing the social inclusion of vulnerable groups in particular by promoting their activation and the realisation of their entrepreneurial ideas on the market; reducing the development gap by strengthening the social economy ecosystem.
