Namen javnega razpisa je povečati vključenost odraslih v vseživljenjsko učenje (VŽU) ter izboljšati kompetence. Cilj javnega razpisa je izboljšati temeljne in poklicne kompetence zaposlenih, ki so nižje izobraženi in manj usposobljeni, s poudarkom na starejših od 45 let. Pričakuje se, da se bo v programe za pridobitev kompetenc vključilo 1923 udeležencev, v vzhodni kohezijski regiji. (Slovenian)

The aim of the call for tenders is to improve the basic and professional competences of employees who are less educated and less qualified, with a focus on over 45 years of age.
