C-H Activation représente une méthodologie puissante pour la création de nouvelles entités moléculaires connues avec une activité biologique prometteuse. Les nanocatalyseurs de palladium utilisés pour effectuer ces transformations peuvent être préparés avec une forme connue. Dans ce projet, diverses formes de nanoparticules de palladium ont été préparées & testés dans une réaction clé d’activation C-H/d’arylation directe. La recherche a montré que la réactivité est fortement influencée par la forme des nanoparticules. (French)

C-H-Aktivierung stellt eine leistungsfähige Methodik für die Schaffung bekannter & neuer molekularer Einheiten mit vielversprechender biologischer Aktivität dar. Die zur Durchführung dieser Transformationen verwendeten Palladium-Nanokatalysatoren können mit bekannter Form vorbereitet werden. In diesem Projekt wurden verschiedene Palladium-Nanopartikel-Formen vorbereitet & in einer Schlüssel-C-H-Aktivierung/direkte Arylationsreaktion getestet. Die Forschung zeigte, dass die Reaktivität stark von der Nanopartikelform beeinflusst wird. (German)
