l'entreprise PRESTINI a été créé en 1931 à Einville au Jard et réalisait principalement des travaux de batiment. Suite à la crise de 1979, l'entreprise a dû se diversifier, ce qui a abouti à la création de la Sté PRESTINI TP en 1982. aElle a ensuite déménagé à Lunéville pour se rapprocher de pôles plus attractifs et a connu plusieurs évolutions jusqu'en juillet 2008 où elle a été racheté par le Groupe EIFFAGE, qui l'a intégré à sa branche Environnement, seule agence en Lorraine à représenter cette activité. Mais ce secteur a beaucoup souffert depuis 2015 notamment dû à la restructuration des entités politiques qui ne proposent plus autant de marchés, ajouté aux frais inhérents à l'entrée dans le groupe EIFFAGE, aux changements successifs de direction, la Société a été mise à mal et en 2016, Eiffage propose à Mr Prestini soit de racheté la société, soit le groupe la fermait, ou encore un plan de restructuration métier serait mis en place avec certainement des pertes d'emploi. Après une étude du potientiel du marché, d'une politique à mener, du positionnement de la Sté, Monsieur PREShttps://ord.synergie.asp-public.fr/ord/execution/search?self=trueTINI a pris la décision de racheter la Société. Following the 1979 crisis, the company had to diversify, which led to the creation of the Sté PRESTINI TP in 1982. It then moved to Lunéville to move closer to more attractive poles and experienced several developments until July 2008 when it was bought by the EIFFAGE Group, which integrated it into its Environment branch, the only agency in Lorraine to represent this activity. But this sector has suffered a great deal since 2015, mainly due to the restructuring of political entities that no longer offer as many markets, together with the costs inherent in joining the EIFFAGE group, successive changes in management, the Company was put to harm and in 2016, Eiffage proposes to Mr Prestini either to buy back the company, or the group closed it, or a business restructuring plan would be put in place with certainly job losses. After a study of the potential of the market, of a policy to be carried out, of the positioning of the Sté, Mr. PREShttps://ord.synergie.asp-public.fr/ord/execution/search?self=trueTINI took the decision to buy back the Company.
