**_Méthodologie_** Notre projet s’articule autour d’une approche de mobilisation individuelle et collective des bénéficiaires du RSA à travers une mise en pratique concrète des outils numériques et une montée en compétences progressive pour faciliter l’adhésion et lever les freins aux usages. Des sessions thématiques sont prévues pour permettre d’avoir une vision claire de cette valeur ajoutée que nous identifions de manière transversale dans la vie quotidienne des personnes (démarches administratives en ligne, accès à la culture…) et dans le cadre de leurs démarches d’emploi (accès à des sites d’emplois, accès à l’offre de formation, accès aux annuaires professionnels, aux réseaux sociaux en ligne, utilisation d’un traitement de texte…) _**Parcours proposés**_ _Parcours1 - LEVIER NUMERIQUE_ : concerne les bénéficiaires du RSA éloignés des usages numériques et inscrit dans une démarche active de recherche d'emploi et/ou de formation. _Parcours 2 - TALENTS NUMERIQUES_ : concerne les bénéficiaires du RSA ayant déjà une expérience et des compétences avérées en milieu professionnel ainsi que les bénéficiaires du RSA ayant un fort potentiel et qui souhaitent valider leur orientation professionnel en incluant l'usage du numérique dans leur projet. **_Les moyens humains et matériels mobilisés_** * Thierry VENDE intervient directement sur l'action auprès des participants (0,9 ETP pour 2016). Ce salarié, de par ses expériences professionnelles dans les domaines de l'insertion des publics en difficulté et de la formation (et notamment bureautique), a les compétences requises pour mener à bien les missions liées à l'opération. * Une équipe support en appui indirect à l'action : comptabilité, coordination, gestion administrative (0,29 ETP). * Chaque bénéficiaire pourra accéder, durant le temps de l’action, à un ordinateur et à une connexion internet. **_Les objectifs à atteindre_** * En termes d'occupation, l'objectif cible à atteindre est de 100% * En termes de résultats de sortie, l'objectif cible fixé par ARGOS est de 63% en sorties positives dont 0% en sortie en emploi durable .
