Le Plie Ensemble pour l'Emploi a pour objectif l’accompagnement personnalisé, individualisé et renforcé, d’habitants d'Est Ensemble ( Bagnolet, Bobigny, Bondy, Le Pré Saint Gervais, Les Lilas,Montreuil, Noisy le Sec, Pantin et Romainville) en grande difficulté d’insertion professionnelle, dans le but de favoriser un accès à l’emploi durable. Afin de cibler les personnes les plus éloignées de l’emploi, il constitue un réseau de prescripteurs et s’implante sur le territoire par le financement de postes de référents de parcours nommés «Référent Parcours Emploi» au sein de structures partenaires (Pôle emploi, Missions Locales, Espace Insertion, Associations…). L’accompagnement personnalisé, individualisé et renforcé de chaque participant (de l’entrée dans le dispositif / jusqu’à la sortie) est assuré par les Référents Parcours Emploi. _L’association UNIRH 93 se propose de porter un référent Parcours Emploi_ , assurant le maintien d’une file active de 60 personnes en situation de handicap, dans les conditions prévues par le référentiel de la mission d’accompagnement. * Conformément au protocole d’accord (page 12) il s’agit d’assurer un accompagnement individualisé et renforcé du participant afin de mettre en œuvre les étapes définies, à raison de : * au minimum 2 entretiens physiques par mois lorsque le participant est entre 2 étapes de parcours ; * au minimum 1 contact par mois lorsque le participant est en étapes de parcours _(contact pouvant être pris avec le participant ou avec le tuteur de la structure qui l’accueille) ;_ Participer aux commissions de validation et aux comités des parcours pour rendre compte des étapes de parcours des participants lors des temps dédiés organisés par le PLIE. L’accompagnement des personnes se fait principalement au moyen d’entretiens individuels en face à face, afin de privilégier l’individualisation des parcours. Toute l'activité du référent de parcours sera saisie sur le logiciel ABC vision. (French)

The aim of the Plie Ensemble pour l’Emploi is to provide personalised, individualised and reinforced support for residents of Est Ensemble (Bagnolet, Bobigny, Bondy, Le Pré Saint Gervais, Les Lilas, Montreuil, Noisy le Sec, Pantin and Romainville) in great difficulty of professional integration, with the aim of promoting access to sustainable employment. In order to target those furthest from employment, it forms a network of prescribers and is established in the territory by funding career referents named “Employment Path Reference” within partner structures (Employment Pole, Local Missions, Espace Insertion, Associations, etc.). Personalised, individualised and reinforced support for each participant (from entry into the device/up to exit) is provided by the Job Path References. _The association UNIRH 93 proposes to carry a reference Parcours Emploi_, ensuring the maintenance of an active line of 60 people with disabilities, under the conditions laid down in the reference framework for the accompanying mission. * In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding (page 12) the aim is to ensure individualised and reinforced support for the participant in order to implement the steps defined by: * at least 2 physical interviews per month when the participant is between 2 stages of the journey; * at least 1 contact per month when the participant is in the course stages _(contact that can be taken with the participant or with the guardian of the host structure);_ Participate in validation commissions and path committees to report on the participants’ journey stages during dedicated times organised by the PLIE. People are supported mainly by means of face-to-face interviews, in order to give priority to the individualisation of the pathways. The entire activity of the path reference will be entered on the ABC vision software. (English)
