    Le projet porte sur deux aspects : **1)Objectif** : Donner une lisibilité aux entreprises accompagnées lors de la signature de l'accord: reprendre l'accompagnement des entreprises ayant signé l'accord, faire le point sur les plans d'actions, relever les actions concrétes notamment en matière de mixité et d'égalité salariale afin de mutualiser les actions et accompagner les entreprises rencontrant des difficultés de mise en oeuvre. Un document d'actions concrètes sera formalisé. **Méthode:** rencontre individuelle, atelier thématique, mise en place d'un groupe de DRH pour échanges de pratiques. 2) **Objectif :** Sensibiliser et accompagner les collectivités territoriales sur la question de l'égalité professionnelle entre hommes et femmes. **Méthode :** rencontre collective pour sensibiliser à la question et connaître la législation , diagnostic, atelier pour les DGS et responsable RH, accompagnement individuel (French)
