    Cilj projekta je rekonstrukcija luke Donje Čelo na otoku Koločepu radi osiguranja usluge prijevoza tijekom cijele godine te osiguranja uvjeta za uvođenje trajektne linije (postojeću ponudu usluge obalnog linijskog pomorskog prometa brodskom linijom poboljšati trajektnim prijevozom koji će osigurati prijevoz robe i putnika) i skraćenja vremena putovanja. Ukupna vrijednost projekta je 29.943.717,83 kn, a svi troškovi su prihvatljivi. Predviđeno trajanje projekta je 56 mjeseci. (Croatian)

    The project aims at reconstruction of the port of Lower head on the island of Koper in order to provide transport services throughout the year and to ensure the conditions for the deployment of ferry connections (the existing supply of liner shipping services by shipping line must improve ferry traffic to ensure transportation of goods and passengers) and minimise travel time. The total value of the project is HRK 29.943.717,83 and all costs are eligible. The anticipated duration of the project is 56 months. (English)
