Obiectivul general al proiectului este imbunatatirea sistemica a spatiului educational in comuna Biertan din judetul Sibiu si in comuna Izvoarele Jud Giurgiu, materializata in crearea de mecanisme viabile si sustenabile pentru reducerea si prevenirea abandonului scolar timpuriu si in intreprinderea de masuri concrete pentru promovarea accesului egal la educatie de calitate pentru 735 de copii (dintre care 184 de etnie roma) din comuna Biertan si comuna Izvoarele dintre care 25 de anteprescolari, 210 prescolari si 500 de scolari. Obiectivul general al proiectului va fi realizat prin activitati dedicate copiilor, prin masuri care vizeaza parintii copiilor in risc de abandon scolar, precum si prin actiuni care au ca destinatar comunitatea in ansamblu din zona de interventie in scopul constientizarii importantei educatiei timpurii. Astfel, la finalul interventiei preconizate in cadrul proiectului, se vor inregistra, ca rezultate principale, un grad crescut al participarii la invatamantul anteprescolar si prescolar, in special la nivelul copiilor cu risc de parasire timpurie a scolii, si un grad considerabil de prevenire a abandonului scolar la elevii cu potential de vulnerabilitate socio-educationala din ciclurile primar si gimnazial. In complementaritate cu masurile directe destinate copiilor din grupul tinta, interventiile ii vor viza familiile acestora, adresand vulnerabilitatea la sursa, precum si comunitatea in ansamblu. Grupurile tinta parinti si copii beneficiare directe al masurilor dezvoltate in cadrul proiectului, precum si comunitatea marginalizata in ansamblu care este sprijinita direct si indirect sunt 100% rurale; 25,17% dintre copiii sprijiniti sunt de etnie roma. The general objective of the project is the systemic improvement of the educational space in Biertan commune in Sibiu county and in Izvoarele Jud Giurgiu commune, materialised in creating viable and sustainable mechanisms for reducing and preventing early school leaving and in taking concrete measures to promote equal access to quality education for 735 children (including 184 Roma) from Biertan commune and Izvoarele commune, of which 25 preschoolers, 210 preschools and 500 schools. The general objective of the project will be achieved through activities dedicated to children, through measures targeting parents of children at risk of school dropout, as well as through actions aimed at the community as a whole in the intervention area in order to raise awareness of the importance of early education. Thus, at the end of the planned intervention within the project, there will be, as main results, an increased degree of participation in pre-preschool and preschool education, especially at the level of children at risk of early school leaving, and a considerable degree of prevention of school dropout in students with potential socio-educational vulnerability from primary and secondary school cycles. In complementarity with direct measures aimed at children in the target group, interventions will target their families, addressing vulnerability to the source, as well as the community as a whole. The target groups parents and children directly beneficiaries of the measures developed within the project, as well as the marginalised community as a whole that is directly and indirectly supported are 100 % rural; 25.17 % of supported children are Roma.
