The Oil Shale Competence Centre (PKK) is an internationally recognised leader of oil shale, other the value added for the use of natural resources and their processing by-products, an independent expert, and promotes entrepreneurship and regional development related to the field. In order to strengthen the competitiveness of the region, the focus of the project will be on expanding the field of activity of the Centre and on the transfer of knowledge in the oil shale sector and related fields.
