Projekta mērķis ir attīstīt jaunu, inovatīvu elektronikas un elektrotehnikas produktu ražošanu, veicināt eksportu un celt klastera dalībnieku konkurētspēju, apvienojot kopējā sadarbības tīklā nozares uzņēmumus, pētniecības un izglītības institūcijas.Projekts tiks īstenots elektrisko un optisko iekārtu ražošanas nozarē. Projekta īstenotājs ir biedrība „Latvijas Elektrotehnikas un elektronikas rūpniecības asociācija” (LETERA).Projekta ietvaros tiks īstenotas darbības apgrozījuma un eksporta apjomu pieauguma veicināšanai, produktivitātes paaugstināšanai, inovāciju un jaunu produktu veidošanai, cilvēkresursu attīstībai un jaunu darba vietu radīšanai, viedo specializāciju (RIS3) integrācijai, klastera internacionalizācijai, klastera ekselences iniciatīvas novērtējumam, klastera darbības un klastera īstenoto pasākumu koordinācijai, kā arī projekta vadības nodrošināšanai.Plānots, ka projekta ietvaros īstenoto darbību rezultātā klastera dalībnieku apgrozījuma ikgadējais pieauguma temps sasniegs 6%, eksporta apjoma pieaugums - 4,5% un produktivitāte - 65% no Eiropas Savienības vidējā līmeņa. Ņemot vērā, ka Latvijas elektronikas un elektrotehnikas nozares klasteris ir uz eksportu orientēts, tad šo skaitlisko rādītāju sasniegšana ir atkarīga no situācijas pasaules ekonomikā un var tikt ietekmēta globālu krīžu iespaidā, piemēram, 2021.gadā būtisku ietekmi var izraisīt COVID-19 krīze. Ar projektu tāpat tiks sekmēta klastera dalībnieku nodrošināšana ar tiem nepieciešamo darbaspēku, kā arī Latvijas Elektronikas un elektrotehnikas nozares klasteris saņems Eiropas Klasteru ekselences iniciatīvas bronzas līmeņa novērtējumu. Projekta aktivitāšu īstenošanā tiks iesaistīti un saņems atbalstu ne mazāk kā 35 nozares uzņēmumi.Projekta plānotais budžets sastāda 568975,57 EUR, no kā ERAF atbalsta apjoms veido 483628,86 EUR jeb 85%, bet privātais finansējums 85346,71 EUR jeb 15%.Plānotais projekta norises ilgums ir no 2017.gada 30.janvāra līdz 2021.gada 31.decembrim. The aim of the project is to develop the production of new, innovative electronics and electrical engineering products, to promote exports and to increase the competitiveness of the cluster members by bringing together industry companies, research and educational institutions. The project will be implemented by the association “Latvian Electrical Engineering and Electronics Industry Association” (LETERA).The project will implement activities to promote turnover and export volumes, increase productivity, develop innovations and new products, human resources development and creation of new jobs, integration of smart specialisation (RIS3), cluster internationalisation, evaluation of cluster excellence initiative, coordination of cluster activities and cluster implemented activities, as well as project management. Given that the Latvian electronics and electrical engineering cluster is export-oriented, the achievement of these numerical indicators depends on the situation in the global economy and may be affected by global crises, e.g., in 2021 the COVID-19 crisis may have a significant impact. The project will also promote the provision of the necessary workforce to the cluster’s participants, as well as the Latvian Electronics and Electrical Engineering Industry Cluster will receive the Bronze Level Assessment of the European Clusters Excellence Initiative. No less than 35 enterprises in the sector will be involved in the implementation of project activities and will receive support.The planned budget of the project is EUR 568975,57, from which the amount of ERDF support is EUR 483628,86 or 85 %, but private funding is EUR 85346,71 or 15 %. The planned duration of the project is from 30 January 2017 until 31 December 2021. (English)
