La plateforme Nancyclotep, mise en place en 2007 sur le site du CHU de Nancy, est devenue un centre d'excellence en matière de recherche appliquée en imagerie moléculaire. Le projet FILODIM, lancé en 2015, a permis à Nancyclotep de renforcer ses capacités de recherche pré-clinique et clinique. Dans la continuité du projet FILODIM, le projet FIGEDIM 2020 prévoit de développer les capacités de R&D, d'essais cliniques et d'industrialisation de Nancyclotep dans le domaine des radiopharmaceutiques de nouvelle génération. Pour cela, Nancyclotep s'associe à la société PMB-Alcen dans le cadre d'un projet collaboratif. Cette collaboration s'articule autour de 3 axes: - Déployer une activité de R&D et d'études cliniques commune pour le développement de radiopharmaceutiques de nouvelle génération, à demi-vie courte et à usage très ciblé, grâce aux techniques dites micro-fluidiques, et pour la mise au point des procédés industriels de production pharmaceutique adaptés à cette évolution. - Installer au CHRU de Nancy un système complet de production à la dose (système iMiGiNE de PMB), comme site d'expérimentation et de démonstration. - Positionner Nancylotep en tant que centre de référence national et européen dans le domaine de l'Imagerie Moléculaire clinique et de la radiothérapie interne vectorisée et partenaire privilégié de l'industrie pharmaceutique. The Nancyclotep platform, set up in 2007 at the CHU Nancy site, has become a centre of excellence in applied molecular imaging research. The FILODIM project, launched in 2015, has enabled Nancyclotep to strengthen its pre-clinical and clinical research capacity. As a continuation of the FILODIM project, the FIGEDIM 2020 project plans to develop Nancyclotep’s R & D, clinical trials and industrialisation capabilities in the field of next-generation radiopharmaceuticals. To this end, Nancyclotep is partnering with PMB-Alcen as part of a collaborative project. This collaboration is structured around 3 axes: — Deploy a joint R & D and clinical study activity for the development of new generation, short half-life and highly targeted use radiopharmaceuticals, using so-called microfluidic techniques, and for the development of industrial pharmaceutical production processes adapted to these developments. — Install at CHRU Nancy a complete dose production system (iMiGiNE PMB system), as an experimental and demonstration site. — Position Nancylotep as a national and European reference centre in the field of clinical Molecular Imagery and vectorised internal radiotherapy and a privileged partner of the pharmaceutical industry.
