    Le passage par l’entreprise d’insertion a un impact très fort dans trois domaines : -la reconstruction de l’estime de soi notamment par la confiance qui est faite à la personne qui est désormais salarié/e de l’entreprise -la rupture de l’isolement social par l’offre relationnelle que sous tend la mise en situation de travail -la dignité retrouvée notamment auprès des proches par le sentiment d’utilité sociale. Ces trois points sont particulièrement vérifiés dans cet établissement compte tenu du secteur d’activité dans lequel s’inscrit son action (préparation de repas, accueil de clients, décoration de tables….). Quant à la notion d’accompagnement elle revêt plusieurs formes.
