Le Chargé de relations entreprise intervient à la demande du conseiller emploi pour réaliser un diagnostic emploi ayant pour finalité l'entrée dans la file active du CRE. Une fois, cette entrée réalisée le Cre mettra tout en oeuvre pour permettre aux demandeurs d'emploi d'accéder à un poste en entreprise par le biais de son réseau, d'offres spontanées, de la clause insertion. De manière à favoriser l'accès à l'emploi des participants du PLIE, la mise en place des chargés de relations entreprises répond à la nécessité de, rapprocher les structures d'accueil, leurs publics et leurs professionnels avec les employeurs, à plusieurs niveaux : \- culturel : connaissance mutuelle, entreprise d'une part, insertion d'autre part, \- territorial : connaissance du bassin d'emploi (besoins des employeurs et offre emploi/formation) \- opérationnel : aider à recruter « autrement », se situer dans un rôle d'intermédiation. L'impact de cette mission concerne donc la structure dans son ensemble, elle complète et enrichit l'ensemble des actions initiées pour permettre l'accès des publics cibles. The Company Relations Officer intervenes at the request of the employment advisor to carry out a job diagnosis for the purpose of entering the active file of the CRE. Once this entry has been made the Cre will make every effort to enable jobseekers to access a job in a company through its network, spontaneous offers, the insertion clause. In order to promote access to employment for PLIE participants, the establishment of business relations officers responds to the need to bring the host structures, their audiences and their professionals closer to employers at several levels: \- cultural: mutual knowledge, enterprise on the one hand, integration on the other, \- territorial: knowledge of the employment pool (employers’ needs and job offer/training) \- operational: to help recruit “otherwise”, be placed in an intermediation role. The impact of this mission therefore concerns the structure as a whole, it complements and enriches all the actions initiated to allow access to target audiences. The Corporate Relations Officer intervenes at the request of the employment advisor to carry out a job diagnosis for the purpose of entering the active file of the CRE.
