Como premisa básica a la hora de pensar la intervención y de definir el proyecto se ha pretendido mantener la geometría y la funcionalidad que tuvo originalmente el edificio, en el momento de su construcción, pero adaptándolo a los sistemas constructivos, instalaciones y acabados más actuales e innovadores._x000D_ Se ha querido dar máxima importancia a la eficiencia energética del edificio, mediante un sistema que permite aislar térmicamente la fachada a la vez que da una función impermeabilizante, esta aplicación se realizará desde el exterior. Se ha proyectado dotar al edificio de una carpintería con rotura de puente térmico y acristalamiento con vidrio cámara con luna exterior de Control Solar y Baja Emisión, se eliminarán la totalidad de puentes térmicos._x000D_ Todas estas intervenciones tienen como objetivo conseguir que el edificio tenga grandes prestaciones energéticas de forma pasiva, con el soporte de las instalaciones para conseguir las condiciones óptimas para el desarrollo de la actividad prevista en el interior del edificio._x000D_ El proyecto incorpora los criterios de ecoeficiencia obligatorios por el Decreto 21/2006 de la Generalitat de Catalunya relativos al agua, energía, los materiales y sistemas constructivos y los residuos. As a basic premise when considering the intervention and defining the project, it has been intended to maintain the geometry and functionality that the building originally had, at the time of its construction, but adapting it to the most current and innovative construction systems, installations and finishes._x000D_ It was wanted to give the utmost importance to the energy efficiency of the building, through a system that allows thermal insulation of the façade while giving a waterproofing function, this application will be made from the outside. It has been planned to provide the building with a carpentry with thermal bridge breakage and glazing with glass chamber with external moon of Solar Control and Low Emission, the totality of thermal bridges will be eliminated._x000D_ All these interventions aim to ensure that the building has high energy performance passively, with the support of the installations to achieve the optimal conditions for the development of the activity planned inside the building._x000D_ The project incorporates the mandatory eco-efficiency criteria by Decree 21/2006 of the Generalitat de Catalunya concerning water, energy, materials and construction systems.
