Projekt posodobitev poslovnih procesov podjetja Viptronik bo omogočil ohranitev zaposlitev, optimiral posamezne delovne procese, znižal stroške poslovanja v vseh enotah podjetja, omogočil oddaljen dostop/kontrolo do vseh službenih strokovnih programov in nadzornih plošč za 24/7 storitev vzdrževanja ključnih procesov v industriji in javnih zdravstvenih ustanovah. Glavni cilj projekta je ohranjanje zaposlitvenih možnosti za zaposlene in jim omogočiti sodobno urejeno, digitalno, brezpapirno poslovanje z možnostjo dela od doma, oddaljenega dostopa do vseh strokovnih baz in programov v podjetju. V času epidemije smo delu od doma omogočili že sedmim zaposlenim v oddelku za projektiranje in inženiring, vendar večina oddaljenega dostopa do strokovnih baz podjetja niso delovala optimalno. Z uvedbo digitalizacije novih poslovnih procesov želimo povečati učinkovitost dela zaposlenih, poenostaviti vnos izvedenih meritev strojnih in električnih inštalacij, registracije dela na terenu, izvedbe poročila o delu, arhiviranje vseh izvedenih meritev in del na posameznem objektu ali strojni opremi, itd.. Projekt bomo izvajali na sedežu podjetja Viptronik d.o.o. na naslovu Koroška cesta 14, 2390 Ravne na Koroškem. (Slovenian)

The project of modernising the business processes of VIPTRONIK will enable the maintenance of employment, optimise individual work processes, reduce operating costs in all units of the company, provide remote access/control to all service professional programs and dashboards for 24/7 maintenance services of key processes in industry and public health institutions. The main goal of the project is to maintain employment opportunities for employees and to enable them modernly regulated, digital, paperless business with the possibility of working from home, remote access to all professional bases and programs in the company. At the time of the epidemic, we enabled seven employees in the design and engineering department to work from home, but most of the remote access to the company’s professional bases did not work optimally. By introducing digitalisation of new business processes, we want to increase the efficiency of employees’ work, simplify the entry of measurements of machine and electrical installations, registration of work on the field, execution of a report on work, archiving all measurements and works on a specific building or hardware, etc. The project will be carried out at the headquarters of VIPTRONIK d.o.o. at Koroška cesta 14, 2390 Ravne na Koroškem.
