El objeto principal de este proyecto consiste en la mejora de la eficiencia energética de la envolvente térmica del edificio mediante la rehabilitación de las fachadas y la sustitución de algunas carpinterías. Las fachadas se van a revestir con sistema de aislamiento SATE de poliestireno expandido EPS de 60 mm de espesor. _x000D_ Se van a sustituir las ventanas de la caja de escaleras, por una carpinterías de PVC con rotura de puente térmico. The main purpose of this project is to improve the energy efficiency of the thermal envelope of the building through the rehabilitation of the facades and the replacement of some carpentry. The façades are to be covered with a 60 mm thick expanded polystyrene SATE insulation system._x000D_ The windows of the stairwell will be replaced by PVC joinery with thermal bridge breakage.
