SIN EMBARGO, ESTOS SUBPRODUCTOS CONTIENEN GRAN CANTIDAD DE MATERIA ORGANICA, NUTRIENTES Y OTRAS SUSTANCIAS DE ALTO VALOR. EN ESTE PROYECTO SE VA A DESARROLLAR UN NOVEDOSO PROCESO DE VALORIZACION DE LODOS DE DEPURADORA PARA SU CONVERSION EN BIOESTIMULANTES Y OTROS PRODUCTOS CON ELEVADA FUNCIONALIDAD AMBIENTAL (INCLUYENDO LA PROPIA DEPURACION DE AGUAS RESIDUALES). ESTE PROCESO SE BASA EN LA APLICACION DE TECNOLOGIA FERMENTATIVA UTILIZANDO BACILLUS SP. Y CONDUCIRA A LA GENERACION DE NUEVOS PRODUCTOS BIOLOGICOS, LOS CUALES ENTRAN EN LA CATEGORIA DE BIOESTIMULANTES (SUSTANCIA BIOLOGICAS QUE ACTIVAN LA MICROBIOTA Y PLANTAS EN EL MEDIO AMBIENTE), TALES COMO (1) MATERIAS ORGANICAS DE BAJO PESO MOLECULAR, (2) MICROORGANISMOS (BACILLUS SP.) Y (3) ENZIMAS HIDROLITICAS. UNA DE LAS PRINCIPALES VENTAJAS DE ESTE PROCESO DE VALORIZACION DE LODOS ES QUE SE PUEDE DIRIGIR HACIA LA PRODUCCION DE UN DETERMINADO PRODUCTO DE INTERES PARA SU POSTERIOR APLICACION AMBIENTAL. LOS BIOESTIMULANTES OBTENIDOS, DE ALTO VALOR AÑADIDO, SERAN EVALUADOS EN PROCESOS DE BIORREMEDACION, DEPURACION DE AGUAS RESIDUALES Y NUTRICION VEGETAL FUNCIONAL. _x000D_ DESDE EL PUNTO DE VISTA DE LA BIORREMEDIACION, SE OBTENDRA UNA GAMA DE PRODUCTOS BIOESTIMULANTES, ALTAMENTE DEMANDADOS POR EMPRESAS AMBIENTALES QUE SE DEDICAN A LA DESCONTAMINACION Y RECUPERACION DE SUELOS DEGRADADOS, Y SE EVALUARA SU CAPACIDAD BIORREMEDIADORA EN SUELOS CONTAMINADOS POR PLAGUICIDAS E HIDROCARBUROS POLICICLICOS AROMATICOS._x000D_ EN EL AMBITO DE LA DEPURACION DE AGUAS RESIDUALES, ESTOS BIOESTIMULANTES, CON ALTA ACTIVIDAD ENZIMATICA, SERAN EMPLEADOS PARA CATALIZAR LOS PROCESOS QUE TIENEN LUGAR EN LAS ESTACIONES DE TRATAMIENTO (DEGRADACION DE MATERIA ORGANICA Y ELIMINACION DE NUTRIENTES) CONSIGUIENDO, DE ESTA FORMA, AUMENTAR SU EFICACIA Y EFICIENCIA Y REDUCIENDO LA CANTIDAD DE SUBPRODUCTOS GENERADOS._x000D_ POR ULTIMO, LA CAPACIDAD FUNCIONAL DE ESTOS BIOESTIMULANTES SERA EVALUADA EN CULTIVOS AGRONOMICOS, MAS CONCRETAMENTE, SU ACTIVIDAD ANTIOXIDANTE FRENTE A AGENTES ATMOSFERICOS CONTAMINANTES COMO EL OZONO._x000D_ CON OBJETO DE GARANTIZAR UNA EXTRAPOLACION DE LOS PROCESOS DISEÑADOS SE PROCEDERA A UNA PRE-EVALUACION A ESCALA PILOTO DE SU VIABILIDAD TECNICA, ECONOMICA Y AMBIENTAL._x000D_ _x000D_ ESTE SUBPROYECTO SE CENTRA EN LA APLICACION DE LOS BIOESTIMULANTES OBTENIDOS A PARTIR DE LA FERMENTACION DE LODOS DE DEPURADORA SOBRE EL PROPIO TRATAMIENTO DE LAS AGUAS RESIDUALES. DE ESTA FORMA, SE PRETENDE OBTENER PROCESOS ALTAMENTE EFICIENTES, REDUCIENDO EL TIEMPO NECESARIO PARA LA DEGRADACION DE LA MATERIA ORGANICA Y LA RECUPERACION DE NUTRIENTES CONTENIDOS EN LAS AGUAS RESIDUALES. ADEMAS, LA APLICACION DE EXTRACTOS RICOS EN ENZIMAS PERMITIRA REDUCIR LA PRODUCCION DE LODOS DE DEPURADORA Y, CONSECUENTEMENTE, LOS COSTES ASOCIADOS A SU GESTION. (Spanish)

    CURRENTLY, THE PRODUCTION OF SLUDGE IN BIOLOGICAL TREATMENT SYSTEMS IS ONE OF THE MOST SERIOUS PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED IN THE TREATMENT OF WASTE WATER, DUE TO A LARGE VOLUME OF PRODUCTION AND ITS HIGH COST OF MANAGEMENT. HOWEVER, THESE BY-PRODUCTS CONTAIN A LARGE AMOUNT OF ORGANIC MATTER, NUTRIENTS AND OTHER HIGH-VALUE SUBSTANCES. THIS PROJECT WILL DEVELOP A NOVEL PROCESS OF VALORISATION OF SEWAGE SLUDGE FOR CONVERSION INTO BIOSTIMULANTS AND OTHER PRODUCTS WITH HIGH ENVIRONMENTAL FUNCTIONALITY (INCLUDING THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT ITSELF). THIS PROCESS IS BASED ON THE APPLICATION OF FERMENTATIVE TECHNOLOGY USING BACILLUS SP. IT WILL LEAD TO THE GENERATION OF NEW BIOLOGICAL PRODUCTS, WHICH FALL INTO THE CATEGORY OF BIOSTIMULANTS (BIOLOGIC SUBSTANCES THAT ACTIVATE THE MICROBIOTA AND PLANTS IN THE ENVIRONMENT), SUCH AS (1) LOW MOLECULAR WEIGHT ORGANIC SUBSTANCES, (2) MICROORGANISMS (BACILLUS SP.) AND (3) HYDROLYTIC ENZYMES. ONE OF THE MAIN ADVANTAGES OF THIS PROCESS OF SLUDGE VALORISATION IS THAT IT CAN BE DIRECTED TOWARDS THE PRODUCTION OF A CERTAIN PRODUCT OF INTEREST FOR ITS SUBSEQUENT ENVIRONMENTAL APPLICATION. THE BIOSTIMULANTS OBTAINED, OF HIGH ADDED VALUE, WILL BE EVALUATED IN PROCESSES OF BIORREMEDATION, WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND FUNCTIONAL PLANT NUTRITION. _x000D_ from the point of view of bioremediation, A BIOESTIMULANT PRODUCTS, HIGH DEMANDED BY ENVIRONMENTAL COMPRESSES that are committed to the decontamination and recovery of degraded skins, and its BIORREMEDIATOR CAPACITY will be evaluated in sores contaminated by polycyclic hydrocarcarbuses AROMATICS._x000D_ in the environment of wastewater depletion, these biostimulants, with high enzyme activity, will be used to catalyse the processes that they have to take place in the treatment statuses (ORGANIC MATERIA DEGRADATION AND NUTRIENT ELIMINATION) CONSIGUENING, OF THIS FORMA, to Increase their EFICACE AND EFICIENCE AND REDUCING THE QANTITY OF GENERED SUBPRODUCTS._x000D_ BY ULTIMO, the FUNCTIONAL CAPACITY OF THESE BIOESTIMULANTS will be evaluated in AGRONOMIC CULTIVES, MORE CONCLECTLY, YOUR ANTIOXIDENT ACTIVITY FENT TO ATMOSFERIC AGENTS CONTAINING CONTAINING THE OZONO._x000D_ WITH OBJECTIVE TO GUARANTEE an extrapolation from the devised processes, ECONOMIC AND ENVIRONMENTAL._x000D_ _x000D_ This sub-project is CENTRATED IN THE APPLICATION OF BIOESTIMULANTS TO PART OF THE FERMENTATION OF THE DEPURATOR WORK ON THE Own Treatment of Residual Waters. IN THIS WAY, WE AIM TO OBTAIN HIGHLY EFFICIENT PROCESSES, REDUCING THE TIME NEEDED FOR THE DEGRADATION OF ORGANIC MATTER AND THE RECOVERY OF NUTRIENTS CONTAINED IN THE WASTE WATER. IN ADDITION, THE APPLICATION OF EXTRACTS RICH IN ENZYMES WILL ALLOW TO REDUCE THE PRODUCTION OF SEWAGE SLUDGE AND, CONSEQUENTLY, THE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ITS MANAGEMENT. (English)
