PRINCIPALES OBJETIVOS_x000D_ _x000D_ El objetivo del proyecto es desarrollar una solución completa orientada a agilizar y optimizar los procesos actuales relacionados con la recarga de vehículos eléctricos, así como identificar y proveer nuevos canales de comunicación para obtener información durante los procesos de recarga y la marcha de los vehículos, en pro de cerrar el círculo entre los diferentes agentes que intervienen o pueden intervenir en la gestión de la recarga y gestión de flotas de vehículos. Para ello, los trabajos se centrarán en:_x000D_ Mejorar la experiencia de los conductores en la detección de la necesidad de recarga y el proceso de la recarga en sí. Este objetivo se persigue a través de la premisa “El vehículo eléctrico es un electrodoméstico más de un cliente, aunque a veces realiza consumos fuera del suministro habitual”, efectuando un cambio en el paradigma de contratación de servicios, realizando una factura única por servicios de recarga, eliminación del uso las tarjetas RFID y pasar a un modelo de autoidentificación vehículo-punto de recarga y eliminando las intervenciones necesarias en los vehículos para contratar una gestión de flotas._x000D_ ¿ Definir nuevos modelos de relación y canales de comunicación entre los agentes implicados en el negocio de la gestión de la recarga de vehículos eléctricos, y en el negocio de la gestión de flotas, en pro de reducir sus costes operativos y simplificar las relaciones con clientes. Para ello implementaremos medidas para aprovechar el hecho físico y las capacidades de comunicación de los cables de recarga, evolución de protocolos de comunicación, eliminación del uso de AVLs y la utilización los Tablets de a bordo para el despliegue de aplicaciones, sensorización, captura de datos del vehículo y como canal de comunicaciones. Main OBJECTIVES_x000D_ _x000D_ The objective of the project is to develop a comprehensive solution aimed at streamlining and optimising the current processes related to the charging of electric vehicles, as well as identifying and providing new communication channels to obtain information during the charging processes and the running of vehicles, in order to close the circle between the different agents involved or able to intervene in the management of the recharging and management of vehicle fleets. To do this, the work will focus on:_x000D_ Improve the driver experience in detecting the need for recharging and the recharging process itself. This objective is pursued through the premise “The electric vehicle is a household appliance more than one customer, although sometimes it performs consumption outside the usual supply”, making a change in the paradigm of contracting services, making a single bill for recharging services, eliminating the use of RFID cards and moving to a model of self-identification vehicle-recharging point and eliminating the necessary interventions in vehicles to contract a fleet management._x000D_ Define new models of relationship and communication channels between the agents involved in the business of managing the recharging of electric vehicles, and in the business of fleet management, in order to reduce their operating costs.
